The State Employees Credit Union feels like a hometown bank. They treat their customers like family and they have lots of services available for us. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I have been a member of this bank for 35 years. My parents set up a kid's account a fat cat account now when I was first born and over the years they have been nothing but supportive and helpful especially in times of needs. The staff and Morganton North Carolina which is where I think with them off of exit I-40 are very kind and very helpful. (THIS REVIEW IS FOR NCSECU AS A WHOLE, NOT THIS BRANCH) I've been with the credit union since I turned 16 in 1986. It was a great institution for so many years. Always there to help when I needed them. However, in the past few years, this place has really gone down hill. Not sure if it's because people, in general, just don't care anymore or, if it's just their policies have changed.
