Struggling to make payments and survive, but because we have an account and a signature loan, miss one payment and they just start taking money out of our account whenever they want. Bullshit!!
Would be amazing if the atm could work by linking to a phone or fingerprints. Customer service is a joke. Most non friendly group of staff at nearly every branch.
Closed on Good Friday and it’s not even a federally recognized holiday. Won’t be getting paid until Monday now.
Very slow and it takes forever to get through the drive-thru and they don't listen to your request
