We've been with SECU for over 20 years. The people are always nice and courteous.
Friendly and helpful
Struggling to make payments and survive, but because we have an account and a signature loan, miss one payment and they just start taking money out of our account whenever they want. Bullshit!!
Would be amazing if the atm could work by linking to a phone or fingerprints. Customer service is a joke. Most non friendly group of staff at nearly every branch.
