I have called 2 times this past month. Wayne has been super helpful to get what I needed done both times.. and went above and beyond today in extra care for my situation that needed to be resolved. Thank you Wayne!
Every person you meet with tells you something different and the information they give you tends to contradict itself. The % of the equity loan would not exceed a certain percentage, but then later found out that was not true. Long wait times to see a specialist, not able to get my children their accounts without multiple visits, and people who say they will follow up with us, but they never contact us. Over the last seven years it has been such a struggle.
