Every person you meet with tells you something different and the information they give you tends to contradict itself. The % of the equity loan would not exceed a certain percentage, but then later found out that was not true. Long wait times to see a specialist, not able to get my children their accounts without multiple visits, and people who say they will follow up with us, but they never contact us. Over the last seven years it has been such a struggle.

The ATM at this location is NEVER working. I don’t understand how hard it is to keep your ATM working. People don’t have time to go inside and do withdrawals. Much less sit in your long drive thru line. All the cash points around this location have been removed. So it’s not like we can use those for free anymore. Atleast wave your fees at any other ATM if you’re never going to have your ATM in proper working order.
