Called the Zebulon Office of SECU and was delighted to hear a real voice. My issue was taken care of in a timely manner and my helper Charlene Price was a winner!!!
The friendliest and most personal service I've ever received at a financial institution! The folks try to help you with any need and will take the time to help you understand any questions you have. They don't dock at you like you are unimportant because your balance is small.
The only problem I have is that on bad weather days there are no announcements or phone messages to let anyone know if the bank is closed or on a delay.
