Worst experience EVER!! I will never go to their branch again! Recently my tax refund was put into an account which hasn't been open for at least a year. A SALO account at that. They have no remorse towards my situation. I was told it's out of their hands. The IRS takes another 4-6 weeks to send a refund out. Customer service sucks at this branch also. I felt like I was under investigation when I initially filed my taxes. I should've followed my instincts! The branch should be held liable! Pissed off loyal customer!
