Staff always friendly & profesional. Clean bathroom
Usually have no issue with this bank . However something happened where I got hacked and trying to get my money back and a new card and this lady was so rude . Must be having a bad day. When I called again , I talked to a different lady and she helped me no problem. It didn’t even take a full minute and the issue was resolved .
Alexis was helpful and had a great attitude!
