Usually have no issue with this bank . However something happened where I got hacked and trying to get my money back and a new card and this lady was so rude . Must be having a bad day. When I called again , I talked to a different lady and she helped me no problem. It didn’t even take a full minute and the issue was resolved .

Hello, I’d like to say how awesome my experience was with Austin today at the Wayne Memorial SECU branch. The branch was understaffed but Austin got to me as quickly as possible. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He stayed late to make sure everything I need was taken care of. He had great customer service and made sure I could get everything taken care of in one visit. Thank you!
