Went to cash a check, which apparently is a problem for this place, and referred me to food Lion or Walmart. The lady was lazy and miserable and didn't want do deal with us, not even hard work, just a miserable person.... The other office had no problem cashing it, don't go to this branch
I have been banking with state employees for over 4 years and I’ve never been treated how they treated me at any other branch I recently fell behind on my loan I am human I go through things but at the end of the day I still put money towards it but I guess it wasn’t enough for them so instead of them trying to work things out with me they put me on blast in front of the whole branch questioned me about my lifestyle and treated me like I wasn’t even a customer they talked to me so poorly and made it seem like I was trying to... read more
Always a pleasure to work with
This branch while convenient to my location, is by far, the worst for customer service. In my experience, when entering the establishment, you get a look of "here comes another one". Never a warm greeting when entering or leaving. If you do have a business transaction between prepared to spend the better part of your day. Do yourself a favor and use the branch on Glenburnie. Totally different experience.
