They just are not customer focused. Make it as hard as possible.

Builders beware, in my direct experience with SECU, I have personally lost money building homes for people who use SECU. The entire bank is set up for people not builders. I can tell you all I lost over $15,000.00 on a deal that went bad with the homeowner wanting upgrades for free. I settled with the homeowner after having to pay $7000.00 to my attorney. The bank has yet to issue the final draw that I never received. Again, builders beware. Run away from these kinds of builds.
