Builders beware, in my direct experience with SECU, I have personally lost money building homes for people who use SECU. The entire bank is set up for people not builders. I can tell you all I lost over $15,000.00 on a deal that went bad with the homeowner wanting upgrades for free. I settled with the homeowner after having to pay $7000.00 to my attorney. The bank has yet to issue the final draw that I never received. Again, builders beware. Run away from these kinds of builds.

All the folks working at the 17 South Branch in Jacksonville is where both my wife and myself do all of our banking. They All are and have been courteously professional with us for years. As far as I can say is their standards have never deviated, and regard the nature of our banking needs with privacy and understanding, without bias for over 10+ years.
