Rude and incompetent. Nothing but trouble since starting with them including changing my name once and then arguing with me about it. App is archaic and hardly works when you need it. In addition: if you say that you are open until 5:30 then why are the doors locked at 5:10? Tried calling, but... computer says open until 5:30 and then continues to claim you are closed at 5:11...which is it?
They don't purchase foreign currencies. All staff is happy to give you their name, but don't want "to get involved," and yes I am quoting two staffers, with any customer issues. I travel a lot. They cannot get my debit card to work other places and I always go into the CU and tell people I am leaving. They say it will work. It doesn't. Had to actually get a board member to help me, when we were trapped in Italia without the card working. Hours are short. No Saturday hours.
Great bank and have been a customer since they were at the Villa Linda Mall. The guy at the desk across from Walmart with the bowl cut was rude and treated me like I was stupid.
I just want to mention the loan officer David Hernandez. He is such an awesome person and helped us with our loan easy peasy.! This is our first time applying for a loan and I recommend him 10/10.! If y’all come to this bank I would ask for this loan manager.! We walked out very happy and satisfied.! Thank you David we appreciate you so much
