Employees at this branch legitimately need two things, customer service course and full orientation of banking and transactions! I sold a vehicle to the one of their customers and we decided to meet there because i live in Albuquerque and the buyer lives in pagosa springs, after the employee helped us with the money wire transfer he told me that it will be in the account next day by noon and that was suppose to be Friday! Suzanne was very rude and was not helpful by giving me the wrong information
They rolled out their new digital banking on July 8th. I had trouble getting into my account and registering it last night. Tried again this morning and I was locked out. It asked me to call for help. Was on hold, with the most horrible buzz over the hills music, for 11 minutes only to have it tell me to contact them online. I tried calling back again since there was nothing specific to contacting about IT on the website. I'm still on hold for 12 minutes now. I just want to get into my account. Very disappointed.
They are a very good credit union with great CD rates and they make things happen very well quickly
