Great bank and have been a customer since they were at the Villa Linda Mall. The guy at the desk across from Walmart with the bowl cut was rude and treated me like I was stupid.
I just want to mention the loan officer David Hernandez. He is such an awesome person and helped us with our loan easy peasy.! This is our first time applying for a loan and I recommend him 10/10.! If y’all come to this bank I would ask for this loan manager.! We walked out very happy and satisfied.! Thank you David we appreciate you so much
Employees at this branch legitimately need two things, customer service course and full orientation of banking and transactions! I sold a vehicle to the one of their customers and we decided to meet there because i live in Albuquerque and the buyer lives in pagosa springs, after the employee helped us with the money wire transfer he told me that it will be in the account next day by noon and that was suppose to be Friday!
