If I could give zero stars I would! Someone called MY job looking for someone. Gave me SO much attitude when I told her to call whoever she was looking for on THEIR PERSONAL NUMBER. Gave me attitude... You would think when calling somewhere for your job you would have a professional tone....

My experience at the Rosslyn location was wonderful. Jasmine was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond, to help me with my account today. You can tell she takes pride in her job. The manager at the location was also great, with helping me with the issues I had setting up a pin number for my account. Thanks ladies for a job well done.
SDFCU has fully succeeded in taking the most basic, personal financial transactions and turning them into overly complicated technical operations via video connections. If you can actually get a teller online immediately, you'll scoot out in about 2-3 minutes. If not, you'll be there for awhile and hopefully one of the human employees inside will come out and offer to conduct your transaction the old way.
