SDFCU has been a disaster since December 2024 when they tried to implement new security technology and processes. I have been on hold for hours this week because I want to pay my credit card bill which should be fairly routine. I not been able to logon to their systems for about a week now. Promised call backs do not happen. The worst banking experience ever
Came in to follow up on a stolen card - the service folks were very understanding and almost immediately called and left a msg to call her back at the general service phone—unfortunately there is no way to connect directly to the original servicing agent —frustrating
If I could give zero stars I would! Someone called MY job looking for someone. Gave me SO much attitude when I told her to call whoever she was looking for on THEIR PERSONAL NUMBER. Gave me attitude... You would think when calling somewhere for your job you would have a professional tone....
We were able to work out several banking issues in no time. Jasmine and her manager were very helpful and incredibly kind. Thank you!
