I set up a trust account to take the place of my regular accounts in order to complete my estate planning. I was helped by Mr. Saud Iftikhar, the Rosslyn Branch manager, and Renata. They were truly outstanding, explaining everything to me and ensuring I was comfortable with the fairly complex process. I cannot thank them enough. You have two extremely valuable employees in them.

I have held a credit card at SDFCU since 2019. It pays an industry leading cash back rebate and has a competitive APR. Unfortunately SDFCU's customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have been trying to pay my monthly bill the last few days, but have been unable to because the bank turned off the online payment option because I declared my card lost/stolen on Monday night.
