I needed some help with an issue going back a few months ago where I needed a specific issue tracked down. Abby and Brooke were very helpful and got me the information quickly. It was not a garden variety issue that could be found easily. Kudos to them for their help! This is why I'm leaving Truist (after 30 years and multiple buy outs and name changes) means I'm changing over to SCSCU.
I recently came to the branch to see about a car loan. Mr. Justin Lollis truly went above and beyond for me from 8:30am until about 3pm. He explained everything from start to finish and even reassured me not to panic when we ran into a slight hiccup. I would highly recommend this branch and the services of Mr. Lollis if you ever need a loan. He’s a great loan officer!
