I was having some financial issues with payments. When I called, I spoke roll to **** who pretty much made it sound like he was doing me a favor by financing the car. He straight out asked me if I could afford the car or not(his exact words). Their tone with me was not very professional. He pretty much also told me that he didnt want me to call back and say that I have any financial issues and have difficulty paying. They are just as shady and nasty as their sister company ********************
Always Seeking more and more money. I had bought a 2017 *** from State Cap Auto Finance because they said they were there to help me get in the car i want when in reality they just wanted to get my money because the only thing they have helped me do is lose my car. My car gets towed off of 2 days being late. They tell me i owe money when i paid them 1 week prior. This place is the worst place to buy a car. How does ************* allow this company to charge *****% interest per year on deals? A 30k car cost ** over 60,000k? Thats over 140% interest for the lifetime of the loan. These people will text/call harass you all day they will ********** the law for personal gain. Stopped accepting cash payments with additional info on where to send payments. Customers are not allowed in their office. This os not a legitimate bank ***** does not own the financing company as he claims.
This loan company has been fantastic. I have bad credit and my interest was high but that is what I get for bad credit and previous mistakes. State cap has always worked with me and I was going to be late everyone I have spoken to has been helpful for me. I will like to use them again.
I have had some issues with my credit and this company was willing to work with me. So far it has been a very pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone finding themselves in a difficult credit situation. My agreement was to have my payments auto deducted bi-weekly on my Friday pay day and it has been working well. I am hoping this will improve my credit score going forward!
