State will take your money and run. Or maybe they just don't know how to assemble bikes. Purchased a 4130 All Road in State's shop in Tempe in August 2022. The bike came with a defect that I didn't discover until I took it home and rode it. The right side brake cable was wrapped around the top of the tube, rather than the side, creating a large bump under the hood that acutely injured my wrist after a 20-mile ride.
