Being new to the area I was happy to see a service such as LRIS provided, even for a fee. A young lady, Debbie, answered my call and I explained that I needed to meet with an attorney to discuss legal options for a situation I was facing. Debbie immediately went into what seemed like a rehearsed, canned response about how she was unable to help due to the early retirement of "boomers", staffing and that I would need to do the research myself.
