I searched online for high interest rates and found State Bank of Texas. I interacted with Sheldon Cohen who was superb in helping me set up my accounts. I don't understand the complaints about difficulties with either Personnel nor with the new account opening process. That was certainly not my experience. At least at this point as a new customer I can tell you I'm very very happy to have found State Bank of Texas and encourage others to consider opening accounts with this FDIC insured bank. I had read about the customer service not being so great, but decided to venture in to grab a great CD rate. The customer service rep I met with, Mr. Tim Winters, was friendly and efficient. I gave them 5 stars.
The best bank for banking. Best return for your money. Some time they are so busy so patient is the key. Well efficient manager and rest of the staff. Love banking there.
