Small community bank with great customer service!
Came in to speak with a loan associate about home equity loans. He told me he wasn’t a hand out and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable situation…I’m not looking for a handout. Nor did I come into that bank looking for a hand out. I’m looking to get out of the hole taking care of my mother dying from Alzheimer’s left me…I’ll never go in that bank again.
Best bank staff you'll ever meet. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
