While this is in fact a good bank in many ways it’s also outdated and inconvenient . The customer service is always very friendly and helpful , but you’re always having to go in because they don’t offer convenience such as actual mobile banking . You can check your balances and such but they don’t offer snap shot deposits . The branch itself doesn’t have an ATM so you must go to the local market or a gas station if you want to withdraw cash outside of their business hours .
