I was hung up on!!!
Love State Bank in Avon. Small Town bank with a heart. I had changed my online payment and accidently canceled a loan payment. My loan officer called me, before a late fee to warn me of a potential problem. What bank calls you to avoid a late fee? The bank may have lost out on some extra cash, but they have gained a customer for life.
Horrible online service....
