After 33 years with this bank they told me they would not give me a new debit card due to an identity theft case. For some reason they couldn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know. Knowing I needed a card from my bills. So much for staying loyal to them. I should have left a long time ago. I recommend going to a real bank where they don't charge you $5 a month. It adds up over time
