The staff is friendly but the Manager, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan is very rude and I would not like to deal with this branch again. He was yelling at me. I went to get my documents verified, the home branch said get it verified by someone from local branch near you with no mention of attestation charges. I said I am following the instructions of my branch and unsure of the process, the manager says no one will spoon feed you, you are educated and follow the form instructions.This behavior is not right, treating customers with disrespe... read more
