SBI California branch turned out to be a great experience for me. Kashish is the go to person, she is one window service for all of your problems. Other people are nice too. Remittances to India is smooth and has better rates than any other online service. I love to visit the branch for all of my bank transactions to India
Staff are really good and diligent. The manager Rajan(looks like NSA chief Ajit Doval) is very friendly. Sravanthi was really helpful is swifly set up the us account diligently. Highly recommended for anyone in US to open the account.
Excellent. Came here to verify documents related to NRE/NRO. The manager spoke to us very nicely and got the work done in few months. He even spoke to us about the competitive CD rates and benefits of having an SBI account. All the staff were very friendly and handled our needs.
