Nice staff and friendly service, fast and quick. The Manager is very pleasant and courteous to the customers. I haven't seen any one offering water. Sorry to say our own managers ( country) keep their distance and unfriendly.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the State Bank of India, California, Bloomfield Cerritos branch. It was truly one of the best banking experiences I've ever had. The staff was incredibly helpful. Specifically, the Branch Manager Miguel, were outstanding. He is professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
I was in cerritos branch to open the new account, Mr. Hamid helped me to open the account. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped for credit card also. I am very happy with services of the bank.
I would like to inform you that Sandhya is very knowledgeable in banking and NRO/NRE service. She is very polite and thoroughly explained everything. Sandhya is a great representation to the Cerritos branch.
