The bank closed my account without warning and I still have not received my funds.
My deposited check was incorrectly sent to a different account. How can a bank deposit money into someone else's account? Spoke to the assistant manager and the manager and they were very unprofessional in handling the problem. The called it "system scanner error" which they didn't think was a big deal. No courtesy, manager is pathetic. Worse than sbi India branches. Don't think of calling or visiting or making business with this branch. These people should be paid 1$ per hour as their pay. They deserve same.
This SBI branch retains still Indian SBI branch mentality. They are in United States but never understand that Customer is who gives there paycheck. I called them for one of the account issue question and they confirmed that they will get back to me by afternoon. I waited 2 days even sent emails but no response. these guys are useless. I think upper management has to see these kind of reviews and cut there paycheck or bonuses so they can treat customer inquiry in timely manner.
When I heard that state bank of inda branch is opened in fremont I was thrilled.But there is no one to pick up phone. As usual just lik India no phone message no greeting. I am sure if I make journey from sm to fremont the door will be lock.
