Most horrible banking services, their website is pathetic and mobile apps horrible? Why you cannot hire a smart IT person to fix shitty website and apps..closing my accounts out of frustrations with babus
Went here to see if they can attest a letter for updating my phone number in indian SBI account(the indian branch asked for this). Simply denied, and asked me to open a new account with SBI UK for any attestation to be done. Very bad experience for any NRI. Don't visit if you need any help for indian SBI account.
I visited SBI UK, KingsSt today. I had a very positive experience and very grateful to both Trilok Sharma and Aman Chamdal for their support, excellence and professionalism with all my queries. It was great to receive this level of customer service, highly recommend this branch and them both!
