They are helpful. Its not a full service SBI branch , they help as much as possible.
Came here for verification/notary service and filling out some SBI forms. Jaspreet was super helpful and very patient with our questions. We were not too familiar on how we should fill out the forms, so he patiently guided us on the process on what needs to be filled where. He provided great customer service and is an amazing employee.
Visited this branch on Sept 05 just after lunch time. Even though they were short-staffed, I was able to get prompt attention and resolved the issue. Both staff members I interacted with were very professional, friendly and helpful.
