My initial mortgage was bad, "problem" with two weeks before closing. Forced to take a loan not of my choosing or lose thehouse. The refinancing took 3 months, not one phone call frombank of progress of loan. Forget about getting the V.P. to respond by email unless you had a month to wait. I endedup paying the same amount and added \$2000 for closingcosts. Worst experience ever!!!
I was going to do a large transaction with this bank, but the banker i dealt with named denise ruined it with her bad attitude. plenty of other banks out there to give your money to. i am the customer be respectful to me. bank has bad smell to it also. i went to a bank in kankakee what a great choice i made
