We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with this bank! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. They provide excellent customer service, are responsive to our needs, and make banking feel personal rather than transactional. We are greeted by name which in itself is amazing! We truly appreciate the trust and relationship we’ve built with them and would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a financial institution they can count on.

If I could I would give them more stars because it is literally the best bank we have ever banked with. We have had our accounts at other local banks and bigger banks, but here they go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. They are always super efficient and fast. Switched to SBF 4 years ago and I'll never change again. Other banks need an ID for every little transaction SBF is always on first name basis and I love that personal service.
