the bank once had a small town attitude and feel. They wanted you in their bank for the person you are not how much money you have. Now its completly different. They have even gone as low as to share my personal information with other people (in our town) outside the bank. The internet banking they have is very tricky and not a good system at all. I am an out of state bank customer who needed a bank in this Mid-Western Town. The staff and management of the bank are very approachable and helpful in everyway. My options are unlimited when it comes to accessing my accounts, internet banking or long distant calls are not a problem.Everything a large National & Regional bank is but more.
