I love banking here. Teresa is delightfully helpful.
It's Always a pleasure making a transaction there. They are always welcoming and friendly as well as professional . All the tellers and financial planners are engauging and fun to talk with. I'm looking forward to next stop at the drive thru or walk in lobby.
Worst banking experience I've had in my life. Some of the teller staff at the drive thru in Cross Plains are extremely unprofessional and unethical, especially for a banking institution. They are all up in your business and know everyone's financial business, and are not afraid to share it with anyone who will listen. Take your money elsewhere. Only leaving one star so I can post this warning for existing and potential customers.

Do not use the drive-thru bank in Cross Plains on Main Street by Culvers. I went inside, because the line was so long. Oddest place. I could hear every transaction, with names, being made when I went inside to make change. One teller was "telling" another teller about a couple's finances, again, with their names, out loud - very unprofessional.
