TERRIBLE website experience. I cannot log in with KNOWN credentials, and the reset password won't even function. Completely useless. I've literally never seen this level of incompetence in website functionality in 30 years of internet usage. Absolutely unacceptable, bank literally anywhere else.
One of the best bank I ever had the customer service is awesome. They help you with no time and I am very happy with this bank let’s support our First National Bank of Belle Plaine.
When the bank was State Bank of Belle Plaine the focus was Much more friendly and customer centered. I have banked there for over 40 years and lately the service has been terrible! Definitely not customer focused! Disappointing!
