One of the best bank I ever had the customer service is awesome. They help you with no time and I am very happy with this bank let’s support our First National Bank of Belle Plaine.
When the bank was State Bank of Belle Plaine the focus was Much more friendly and customer centered. I have banked there for over 40 years and lately the service has been terrible! Definitely not customer focused! Disappointing!
Wasted time
I like the ease of using online banking. I have found the staff personable and very helpful in getting things set-up and going forward.
