Patti and team are the best! They provide unusually exceptional customer service and have gone out of their way to help me & and others. I can't think of a better banking experience. The app is great, too!
Have been with them for years, i try to support local companies. Its a decent bank. Don't expect high yields from your savings , cds ect. But what i didn't expect was their nonchalant response on duplicate debit charges. "Get a hold of the merchant" "we could file a claim but... " that's all we can do. Yeah i tried that, merchant says its a good charge. Says go to your bank. Bank says go to the charging merchant. You lose. Just use them with deposits from employers.
