I've been with State Bank since 2002-ish, back when they were Exchange Bank, starting with the Sylvania branch. When I moved down near Bowling Green in 2015, if I needed to go to a physical branch I went to the Luckey branch. When the BG branch opened, I was ecstatic. This bank as a whole has always taken good care of me. WAY EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS!! This State Bank is why Google needs to add a bonus star for special places like this! They first gave great service TO US, as customers, at our business, they made our lives easier before we were even customers by leaving their offices to meet me where I was at, did a bulk of the paperwork to simplify things, have clear communication, are personable, are incredibly fair, and ultimately make you feel better ABOUT YOURSELF when you're around them!!
