After one crappy day I walked in 2 min before close and Rolanda took care of me for 15-20 min with no complaints, only smiles, and went above and beyond to help me. This location is a 10/10.

State Bank came through with a very time sensitive refinance I needed to do with my commercial property. They were very responsive and made it happen
Inexperienced staff who do not understand the stipulations of the mortgages that they offer. They don't know how to use AIM so if u are self employed go elsewhere. I spoke with Joyce Ferguson and did not recieve proper information when it came to the home possible mortgage for self employed borrowers.
