Edit from 2025. I have used this bank for nearly 30 years. It used to be great, then they got bought out by a regional bank. I own a business and many of my transactions with known vendors are denied because my limit is ridiculously low which they will only temporarily raise per day. Also transactions are denied right and left on my personal and business cards for unexplained reasons and then they shut my card down. The only bank I use. Its the only privately held bank left in the area. If there is a problem someone can fix it quickly, no corporate BS to go through.
I would like to say that the women working the front desk really need to take a class on how to treat people. You really think being snobby to someone who just worked 12 hours and needed to stop by the bank before he had time to come home and change . Please tell me what you women think u can be snobby about? Your bank tellers in edon Ohio?! Why even work the front desk if ur just going be rude and bothered by people needing u to do ur job ? Grow up and act like adults do ur job and be nice or quit have a nice day
