Bad service, poor staff. I use to bank with this bank about 10 years ago. They can mess up about anything. They have charged me for free checking, sent me a statement with other's info on it, and totally messed up a motorcycle loan (I ended up paying $100.00 more for paying off early on a no penalty pay-off loan than what I would have paid if I would have kept the loan for the entirety of the loan.)
