I love State Bank, as they are one of the banks in the world that truly still has that local feel. Their staff is friendly, and sincerely intends to help you. Dont worry, however, they have the services & features of the "big boys" too with a swavvy online banking and bill pay system!
I did not have a good experience with this bank. Would NOT! do business with them again. I was a loyal customer for many years, and was disappointed by the very rude treatment I received when an unfortunate mishap occurred by a representative from this bank. Needless to say, I felt betrayed by a bank that I had trusted and respected for many years. If you want loyalty and respect, take your business elsewhere. You wont regret it. However, you may regret your financial security if you choose to do business with this bank.
