Years ago when I was shopping for a mortgage I had the best service with them. I had already sold my previous home. Inventory for a new home was extremely limited. When finally I found a home State Bank made the rest of the process easy.
The mortgage manager handling our account shared classified, private, and personal information about our finances with another client/customer who had nothing to do with our account/personal and private refinancing and mortgage information. We will be refinancing elsewhere where our private sensitive information is protected. I truly hope the mortgage manager that handled our account learns from this. Please beware when considering SB&T.
Always a pleasant experience stopping by this location. The staff is friendly, accomodating, competent and expedient.
I came here to set up a new account. Preeti was an absolute professional. Friendly, kind, helpful, told me exactly what I needed to know. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing, and that she was on my side. Could not have asked for a better experience.
