State Bank customer service is excellent. Since Foresight has changed over customer service calls to their sight, customer service is suffering greatly at their call center, not at State Bank itself. Foresight if you are listening change it back because you have taken the small town, know it's customer, friendly and helpful feel to non transparent, poor customer service. State Bank knows it's customers and we feel it. Let them handle their customers.
Overall a great bank but first teller long curly hair is so unhappy to be there. Its the classic example of a service person who doesn't like people but doesn't technically do anything "wrong" except not provide a single positive customer service experience even when she could. Even an occasional smile would help.
Literally the worst bank in town. Will never do business with them again.
