Today I called the prosecutor’s office in New Haven CT to speak to one of the prosecutors regarding a case involving a family member that is the victim of a crime. The young lady that answered the phone at the prosecutor’s office not only was rude, was not listening to what was being explained, dismissive, unsympathetic to what I and the victim that was with me during the phone call but lacks adequate listening skills.
