AMBER is rude & very ignorant. I asked a question in which she said "I don't know" I told her to educate herself just incase the next person asks. She got upset and disconnected the call. WHAT IS IT GOING TO COST HER TO KNOW THAT INFORMATION? 0$ . I WILL COST HER 0$ .. AMBER EDUCATE YOURSELF SWEETHEART! I called back to make an complaint and the Supervisor Sherry is just as illiterate as she is. IMPOLITE & UNCIVIL at its finest .
