I had my 1st trip yesterday and I was extremely satisfied. Driver was professional and easy to talk too. Everyone i talked to there was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for the great service.
Stat Transportation(Ms. Johnson) transported my mom from Alabama to Colorado. I was able to follow their location while they were on the road. I received periodic check ins and my mom was made as comfortable as she could be! From pick up to drop off this company was AMAZING! When they arrived my mom continued to go on about how well she was treated and how they made sure she had everything she needed! I had a very frustrating experience with STAT Transportation. They arrived 20 minutes late to pick up my mom for her appointment, which caused her to be late to her scheduled medical visit. When it was time to bring her back home, the situation got even worse, they didn’t arrive until an hour after the scheduled pickup time.
