Stat is the most incompetent shipping company I have ever dealt with. Early this week their delivery person left a note on the door that they missed me WHILE I WAS HOME. I called and gave specific instructions for them to text or call me when they arrived the next day so there wouldn't be an issue. The lady I spoke with even repeated my phone number back to me. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They delivered my prescription to the wrong house. When I called customer service, I was told “There was NOTHING they could do.” I paid for a prescription that was sent to the wrong house and Stat was unwilling to make it right. 😡
