It is obvious this company has gone down hill. There is zero customer service and there is a lack of quality control in their products that is alarming.
So this all started when I ordered one of their powdered products and it had silicone dioxide in it. I am grateful that the company canceled the order. I was going to order from them again, I express that while on the phone with customer service, but never received the discount code nor a call back, which she suggested I did if the the code didnt work. I CANNOT speak on the actual products since I decided to not order from this company after I said the other reviews.
I purchased an oz of yarrow and to my surprise it was filled with pest eggs. When I reached out to them, they told me I wasn’t getting a refund because it had been longer than 30 days return/refund window. That’s very concerning because some eggs can lay before hatching for 90 days. As a mainstream suppliers of herbs it is their responsibility to know these things AND to have ethical, safe and non infested handling and packing standards that acknowledge. I ordered Nettle Leaf and Mullein Leaf and there seems to be some kind of white hair in both pouches and I am mortified because I am extremely allergic to cats so hopefully this isn’t feline hair….I don’t want dog hair in my stuff either! There is some type of white hair all throughout the product. I will never order from this company product again. I took a photo of some of the hairs on a black glove to show….its all through the product and I am disgusted. What a waste of money and this is so unsanitary!!!!!
