Ordered couch cushion inserts. Cushions arrived as ordered. Good communication and fast turnaround!
Excellent. Have had cushions remade for a sofa previously, and was such an easy process. Had the code from the old cushions and the replacements with delivery were priced and sent quickly. Still very comfy. Recently, Starwell were able to assist with finding the company who made my sofa, as now it needs to be replaced after 15 years. Very helpful people.
I am an owner of a foam manufacturing company - I had set up a meeting over the phone with a lady who answered the phone. Upon arriving I was called a liar by the owner because the message wasn’t passed on. I am a young business owner and he treated me so disrespectfully I ended up walking out as he humiliated me in front of his staff in the office. In my whole time running a business since I was 18 now 28 I have never been spoken to like that before. Very scary
I got replacement cushions for my sofa direct from Starwell, they were very helpful with quick delivery.
