I’ve always supported Starving Students but not anymore. I ordered 4 people to move my 4 br house. 3 people Showed up. They did Not move any furniture from the second floor . They could not move TV’s, lamps or any boxes that were not covered. Such a Waste of money. After 5 hours, I was told They would have to come back in 3 days to complete the move. I Fired them with Pleasure. Please don’t use Starving Students They SUCK‼️
We moved using Starving Students company, our experience was stellar and phenomenal, nothing less then excellent and professional, courteous caring kind and honest, Erick and Christian were so friendly and fast, kudos to them, Janeth called me during the move to see if I need it anything and to check how our movers were doing, that was very impressive for us, I will always use this company if I ever had the needs again, happy and please ! .
Jordy and his team were great, Janeth was very careful and detail with my move on what I need it to be fast and efficient, moved out of my home into an apartment, and they carefully, yet, efficiently moved all my furniture within the 3 hour allotment. They took the furniture apart and put it all back together. They carefully wrapped everything to protect it. Jordy and his team were respectful, friendly and cordial. If I ever move again, I will be calling Starving Students again !!
First I want to express that I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the move. This was the first time that I moved using a company so I must admit I was a little uneasy in addition to the major stop I had requested 3 additional stops to my surprise all went well and under the two hour window. The interaction with the staff was outstanding they demonstrated the type of knowledge that is required to make a person feel comfortable with their move. I would definitely recommend this company. The customer service was great with answering questions I had and I was given a reasonable price for the quality of service that was provided.
