This company is so unprofessional. They were supposed to be at my house at 2 o’clock that’s with the third-party that they use now 2 o’clock they said they’re going to get there they didn’t get there till 4 o’clock then the drivers decided to take lunch start at 4:30 mind you 122.00 an hour we didn’t get done till 11 o’clock at night WTH!!!!!!!Then in the beginning process you have to put $100 deposit down then the driver was like no I don’t see that and then they start talking in their own little language laughing you know ... read more
I tried to get these guys set up for a move, I gave him very specific instructions three times that we needed a lift gate. then they wanted attack on a fee to be at the house at a certain time and then they want to tack on a fee to schedule it on another certain time and just became obvious that they didn't want my business
