Driver parked outside my house . Did not deliver the parcel and drove off. I have video of it. Phoned Star Track . They said to get delivered the package will have to be sent overseas and sent back to me. You can complain but nothing happens .

Extremely rude customer service that just pass the blame onto the sender and lies about attempting delivery, claim to deliver to any address in Australia but cannot deliver to rural areas, the do not update the sender or recipient with the information that they do not deliver, but says it's the sender's responsibility to know if they deliver in certain areas or not but they do not Infor the sender, just a joke, mark attempted delivery at 7.30am in a town 45 mins from the delivery address then just pass it off, and when they ... read more
