Absolutely hopeless, best advise would be to use any other company other than Star Track if you want your parcel to be delivered on time. No point contacting customer service as the depots do not respond to them. They simply don't care!
I’m really sick of dealing with this company. They don’t even bother knocking on your door and then you get a message saying no one was home so they’ve taken the item back to the depot. Almost every time without fail this happens
Driver was too lazy to deliver my parcel or cant read an address. I was home all day. Not the first time this has happened. They don't even deserve 1 star.
late afternoonPhone message to say I had received my parcel. Na I was home and NO I had not received it so after a restless night with stomach aches about where is my new modem I got up early as no sleep anyway. I went door knocking and then thought I will check the Post Office it is Friday weekend would make a week without communication. I only go to Post Office fortnightly but yes twas there. Well I was not at P.O yesterday so how did I "Receive it" tell me?"
