I'm waiting on a package containing medication that is currently sitting at the depot. It's status is delayed waiting to be processed and all the call centre staff can tell me is they have sent a message to the depot. I have said I will go and pick it up and they won't provide a phone number for me to call to arrange this. For some reason startrack don't believe in performing the one function the company exists for.

I had a pick up booked for Monday. Called again Tuesday because it wasn't collected. Called again Wednesday because it wasn't collected. It is now Thursday and it is still on my desk awaiting collection. Come on Startrack, this is your core business, collecting parcels and delivering them. So not impressed.

There was no driver that turned up to my drive way. It says unsuccessful delivery, no safe place to put it. I was out front the whole time!!!

Is it too hard to give a call up on delivery, When customers pay for the delivery ? You do not have a system to check who is the driver! The office hours need to be updated - that you close at 4 pm!! On the automated message - No proper information on Where the item can be located if undelivered, unless wait for 30 min on line to get hold of some one to advice!
