I had a running gate analysis with Trish today. It was a wonderful experience, and I was able to gain personalized insight on how I can become a more efficient runner to achieve my goals. Thank you!

The small group strength (or womens only) classes are great. They teach you how to property lift and the structure of the classes allow you to see how much you have progressed over time. If you are looking for a welcoming, motivating atmosphere, go check it out!

I’ve been attending strength classes twice a week for the past year. Trish and Savannah are great coaches and have designed a program that really helped me build strength that has helped me in other sports like running and skiing.

Women’s strength classes are Supportive, Fun, and Empowering! Trish creates such an inclusive and encouraging space. She pushes you just enough to keep you growing, always focusing on form and safety. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always changing—so it never gets boring. It’s the perfect mix of strength, support, and community!
