With dread, my son, Liam and I sat in the sports orthopedic surgeon's office and asked if it was time for Liam to give up competitive collegiate running. A friend recommended Starting Line’s strength classes to me and I’m so glad that they did. I have been attending classes there with Aaron as a coach and I’m now apart of a running POD that meets every Friday morning. If you’re looking for strength based training that focuses on making you a better runner, this is the place to go!
Trish at Starting Line got me back on my feet after re-injuring my knee while training for a half marathon. The targeted focus on strength training for my race was so helpful. I am so grateful to have my PT exercises in my back pocket for when and if re-injury happens again!
