Danielle is phenomenal! My 3-month old daughter has a tendency to turn her head to the right side. Danielle showed me techniques and moves on how to strengthen the left side of her neck, which we can implement in her daily routines! She is wonderful with babies and adults! I can highly recommended visiting Starting Line! I know she always has time if any questions arise!

Trish provides an excellent flow to a well-designed strength workout. She is attentive to all, keeps focus on proper form/technique and motivates us to push through the workout. Thanks!

A friend recommended Starting Line’s strength classes to me and I’m so glad that they did. I have been attending classes there with Aaron as a coach and I’m now apart of a running POD that meets every Friday morning. If you’re looking for strength based training that focuses on making you a better runner, this is the place to go!
