I was lawyer shopping and decided to go with Richard P. To close my first home purchase. The home was sold by Power of Sale. Richard was kind enough to review the document promptly. The firm was to ensure all outstanding amounts on water bill was paid. This wasn't done by the firm. I got a huge water bill incurred from the previous owner. I paid it. Had this lawyer 2 years ago. Bought a business, and took over a lease for the business. The Richard Startek JR, was asked to go over the lease and look for anything wrong and tell us. He told us there was nothing wrong with the lease and so we went ahead with the deal. Turns out he never looked at the lease and the lease is a huge red flag that is heavily in favor of the landlord.
