I was lawyer shopping and decided to go with Richard P. To close my first home purchase. The home was sold by Power of Sale. Richard was kind enough to review the document promptly. The firm was to ensure all outstanding amounts on water bill was paid. This wasn't done by the firm. I got a huge water bill incurred from the previous owner. I paid it.
