This is without doubt the worst all around experience I have ever had with a bank. Getting someone to work on your question takes weeks to months. Getting some one to give you an answer is impossible. Please go some where else.
I wanted to start my business with New Haven Bank in 2010 but they were not issuing checking accounts yet. I finally ditched megabank Bank of America and came here in about 2017. I have never regretted it. They are accommodating, responsive, and friendly. It is nice to get to know the staff personally so they can help you on matters like not bouncing a check due to a $10 overdraft -- because they know who you are. Please join me at our only hometown bank - the friendly bank that invests in our community!
I just opened up the CD account at the Campbell avenue branch. In the branch manager was very very personable and very accommodating. Overall I had a great experience. New Haven savings Bank is a friendly Bank!!!!
